Surfwx was formed in 1997 as a result of a passion for both photography and surfing and the realisation of knowing that with today’s technology surf reports and pictures can be sent anywhere in the world within seconds. 

 The website is dedicated to the local surfing community young and old, we focus on the “everyday surfer”. Surf reports are provided daily and uploaded directly from the beach.

 The website also incorporates an online photo store for obtaining prints and products, real time wind, current and archived water temperatures, sand temperature, tidal information, surfing weather report, short surf video and a large archive of surfing images that is constantly being updated.
